Sabrina holds a BA in Psychology from California State University, Sacramento, and is currently completing a masters in psychology at California State University, Los Angeles. Her work is grounded in both rigorous academic research and the deeply felt, often unspoken experiences that shape who we are. She integrates evidence-based knowledge with intuitive, body-based practices to support clients in their healing and educational journeys.
Her commitment to experiential learning began with her certification in Sexological Bodywork. While the training provided a solid foundation, Sabrina recognized the need for additional tools to support clients navigating the aftermath of sexual trauma and other complex experiences. This led her to Somatic Experiencing® in 2017—a method that profoundly resonated with her and became central to her approach.
Sabrina works with individuals who have experienced a wide range of trauma and specializes in supporting those healing from sexual trauma (including both military and civilian contexts), relational and sexual anxieties, and the emotional weight of identity shifts — such as exploring sexual orientation, gender, or whether monogamy is the right choice for you and your relationship. Her practice, HOSA, offers a compassionate and grounded space to explore your inner world, expand your capacity to hold challenging emotions, and open more fully to joy, connection, and pleasure.
